Southend on Sea Girls Choir

The Southend Girls Choir was founded in 1988, and has since built an enviable reputation across London, the South East and beyond.

They often join together with the Southend Boys Choir for a number of concerts each year and when senior members of both choirs work on specialised repertoire for performances and recordings.

Members from both choirs frequently perform for corporate organisations and also for charity functions, as part of their role to support the local community and have also performed at overseas events.
No requirement to read music but must have an appreciation of music, be able to sing in tune and be able to make a commitment to the choir.
